Relaunch cultur from clone

Launched 4 clones from each plate to cultur. So we have 8 clones for each plasmids.

Miniprep

Going on with the minipreps of the day before. Mitigated results (100-200ng/µL which is not a lot for an overnight growth).

Control of the plasmid

1µL of each plasmid was loaded on a gel alone, digested in EcoRI and double digested by XbaI and PstI.

The result is shown here:

This is the expected gel, and there is no other bands. The plasmid is may be not high copy in E. Coli but it is stable.

Project pHM3 over! It will be sequenced in the week See the glycerols S59 for starting over.
