Purpose:
To combine the ompa into the pBAd vector.
Procedures:
-The DNA was too dilute, the Dna was speed vacuumed.
-Two 15 uL ligations were created
Tube 1= 5uL vector, 4.7 uL of insert, 1.5 uL buffer, 1 uL of T4 ligase and rest H20.
Tube 2= 5 uL vector, 1.5 uL of Buffer, 1 uL T4 ligase and rest H20.
