Performed gel extraction of ho1 PCR product and Cph8 PCR product using GFX PCR DNA and Gel Band Purification Kit from GE Healthcare. ho1 PCR product had a concentration of 24.5 ng/ul. Cph8 PCR product had a concentration of 13.8 ng/ul. Purified samples labeled "pure ho1" and "pure Cph8" and placed in iGEM Box #4 in -20 degree C freezer.
