  • Plasmid isolation --> 24 samples for sending to iGEM HQ

Downloading programme for synchronization of the choir with the professional sound quality recording had been finished.
Get to know the programme, synchronized the movie with the audio file and put subtitles into the video.

Practicing the presentations for the schools which I will visit tomorrow. Also finished the presentations for the two schools. (Need to be slightly different, since the schools asked for specific topics)
