Antarctic Alkaline Phosphatase
Immediately after restriction, add 5 uL phosphatase buffer to 50 uL restriction mix.
Add 1 uL Antarctic Phosphatase to mix.
Incubate for 15 minutes at 37C.
Heat kill at 65C for 5 minutes.
Proceed to ligation or store at -20C.
